Md. Habibur Rahman is a highly esteemed expert in the commercial feedsector in Bangladesh, having witnessed the industry’s evolution firsthand over the years. He holds a finance degree from Dhaka University and completed his Master’s in Supply Chain Management in Bangalore with top marks. His academic journey continued with an MPhil, leading to a PhD focused on the grain procurement policies of Southeast Asia. Currently, he is preparing for his Post-Doctoral program. Notably, Mr. Habib is one of only three registered members of the Grain and Feed Trade Organization (GAFTA) and has successfully completed all four stages of an arbitrator membership course in London.

With over twenty years of diverse experience in the FMCG Supply Chain industry in PRAN-RFL Group, Sojeeb Group, JMI, Provita Group, Mahabub Industries, Mr. Habib is renowned for his exceptional expertise in international trade market and CBOT , CTFT, GAFTA arbitration skills. He currently oversees the overall management and operations of many plants, with extensive experience stretching from project design to formulation, research and development, validation, and new market development. Additionally, he has served as a consultant for numerous international organizations, including the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the United States Soybean Export Council (USSEC), as well as various reputable feed manufacturer companies. in Bangladesh.

Mr. Shakibur Rahman has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mcdonald Crops since 2020. His professional journey commenced at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) in India, where he cultivated an interest in grain trading, importing raw materials, and the commercial solicitor sector. He envisioned himself as a leader in the animal feed industry in Bangladesh.
Following the attainment of his Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mr. Rahman began his career as a Warehouse Coordinator at Flipkart India and subsequently held the position of Junior Supply Chain Analyst at Wipro India. He then returned to Bangladesh to oversee operations at Mcdonald Crops.

In addition to his extensive hands-on experience, Mr. Rahman has completed the knowledge component of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) from the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) in the United Kingdom, which has significantly enhanced his understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics. He is also a certified Corporate Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in Canada, equipping him with vital insights into corporate banking and foreign exchange credit management.

As the principal decision-maker for the company’s financial strategies pertaining to investments and expansions, Mr. Rahman has recently completed his Master’s degree in Supply Chain Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE) in the United Kingdom.
